1. _I_n_t_r_o_d_u_c_t_i_o_n
Electronic Services CustomerLink or ccccuuuussssttttlllliiiinnnnkkkk application
provides a desktop interface to the information stored in
the Silicon Graphics database. CustomerLink allows a
registered user to view, maintain, and update information
pertaining to themselves and their relationship with Silicon
Graphics.
Electronic Services is a group of server and user interface
programs that allow you to electronically connect with
Silicon Graphics' Customer Support group.
_I_M_P_O_R_T_A_N_T:
Please note: the Electronic Services tools use the Internet
to transmit information between your site and Silicon
Graphics. THE INTERNET IS A PUBLIC USE EXCHANGE AND NOT A
SECURE COMMUNICATIONS MECHANISM. For this reason, please do
not send information that is confidential to your company or
your business partners (including passwords, usernames,
hostnames, productplans,customer data or the like) when you
use the Electronic Services tools.

of data exchanged with the Electronic Services tools.

1.2 _O_n_-_L_i_n_e__R_e_l_e_a_s_e__N_o_t_e_s
After you install the on-line documentation for a product
(the _r_e_l_n_o_t_e_s subsystem), you can view the release notes on
your screen. Select ``Release Notes'' from the Tools
submenu of the Toolchest. This displays the _g_r_e_l_n_o_t_e_s(1)
graphical browser for the on-line release notes.
Refer to the _g_r_e_l_n_o_t_e_s(1) man page for information on
options to this command.
